THUGLIST — Delete your account
Most people do not have an account
THUGLIST does not require one. If you have never tapped “Create an account” or “Continue with Google”, there is nothing here to delete: your list has always been on your phone only, and uninstalling the app removes it.
1. Deleting it in the app — the fastest way
- Open THUGLIST and go to Settings.
- Open Plan, data and account.
- Under Your account, tap Delete my account.
- Tap it a second time to confirm. The second tap is the point of no return.
The account is removed immediately. You are signed out on that phone as part of the same step.
2. Deleting it by request
If you have uninstalled the app, lost the device, or cannot sign in, email hello@zelicra.com from the email address the account uses, with the subject THUGLIST account deletion.
We ask you to send it from that address because it is the only thing that ties the request to the account — we hold no other identifier for you, so there is nothing else we could check it against. If you cannot send from that address, say so in the message and tell us the address you signed up with; we may not be able to act on it, and we would rather say so than delete somebody else’s account.
We aim to acknowledge within 72 hours and to complete the deletion within 30 days. In practice it is done the day we read it.
3. What is deleted, and what is not
| What | What happens |
|---|---|
| Your email address | Deleted. Removed from our authentication provider along with the account record itself. |
| Which sign-in method you used, and the account’s timestamps | Deleted. They are part of the same record and go with it. |
| Your list, deadlines, notes, record and settings | Untouched, because we never had them. They live on your phone and nowhere else. Deleting the account does not delete them. To remove those, use Erase everything in the app, or uninstall it. |
| The free-trial fingerprint, if you started the trial | Kept. A one-way fingerprint (a SHA-256 hash) of your Google account’s id, with the date you started the trial. It holds no name, email address or task. It is kept so that deleting the account and signing in again does not start a second trial. |
| Purchases | Not ours to delete. Payment and receipt records belong to Google Play. Deleting a THUGLIST account neither cancels a subscription nor triggers a refund — manage those at play.google.com. |
We keep no archive copy of a deleted account, and no backup from which one could be restored. Deletion is permanent: if you sign up again with the same email address afterwards, that is a new account, not the old one recovered.
4. The rest of the detail
What THUGLIST stores, what leaves your phone, and the rights you have over it are set out in full in the privacy policy.
